Watch Out for Fake LiteBlue Websites
April 16, 2024 | Updated April 16, 2024
The USPS wants all employees to be careful of fake websites that look like the real LiteBlue site. These fake sites are created to steal your personal information or money.
Here’s What You Need to Know:
- Real Website: The official LiteBlue website is at liteblue.usps.gov.
To protect yourself:
- Bookmark the Real Site: Save the LiteBlue website address in your browser to make sure you’re always on the right site.
- Keep Your Login Details Private: Don’t share your login information with anyone, including managers, co-workers, or anyone outside USPS.
- Protect Your Employee ID: Keep your employee identification number secret.
- Use Secure Connections: Avoid using public Wi-Fi or public computers to access USPS services. Always use a secure, private connection.
- Check Your Account: Look at your LiteBlue account regularly for any unusual activity when you log in.
Report Suspicious Activity:
If you notice anything strange or come across a fake site, report it right away:
- Email: cybersafe@usps.gov
- Phone: 866-877-7247
